To complete its accounting team, Sherbrooke Toyota is currently seeking a dynamic, meticulous, and organized Accounting Clerk.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the smooth operation of the accounting department.
Her responsibilities will include:
- Recording vehicle sales contracts;
- Reconciling daily cash registers;
- Monitoring accounts payable and receivable;
- Participating in payroll processing and issuing Records of Employment;
- Performing bank reconciliations;
- Performing various related tasks to support the team and contribute to daily operations.
The ideal candidate possesses:
- DEC in Accounting or a DEP in Accounting with relevant experience;
- Two years of experience in a similar position;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to manage priorities effectively;
- Rigorous, meticulous, and detail-oriented;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage busy periods.
