About the Position
Reporting directly to the Director of Legal Affairs, the strategic, people-oriented, and solutions-focused HR Business Partner will primarily support our managers, harmonize our practices, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the human resources function.
Your role will encompass advisory, support, operational management, and organizational development.
Main Responsibilities

3. Internal Equity and Harmonization
4. Policies and Compliance
5. CNESST, Health and Safety, and Absenteeism Management Manage CNESST claims and coordinate return-to-work procedures. Support prevention, inspections, and occupational health and safety initiatives. Ensure rigorous monitoring of absences, disabilities, and the attendance management program. 6. Organizational Performance and Development Participate in defining objectives, performance evaluations, and performance monitoring. Support the implementation of skills development plans. Participate in co-development initiatives, HR workshops, and organizational projects. 7. Onboarding, Integration, and Retention Support the integration of new employees. Contribute to retention strategies. Provide post-integration follow-up with managers and employees.
8. Workplace Climate, Prevention, and Mediation
Intervene to prevent, manage, or resolve interpersonal conflicts. Act as a neutral, objective, and trustworthy person. Conduct internal investigations when required.9. HR Communication and Tools
Clarify and standardize all HR communications. Prepare simplified templates, guides, procedures, and tools for managers. Maintain the internal policy register and employee handbook.10. HR Administration and Continuous Improvement
Update employee files and ensure administrative accuracy. Optimize HR processes and participate in the digital transformation. Ensure legal compliance and propose proactive updates.
Desired Profile
University degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Advanced English and fluency in written and spoken French. Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Influential and influential leadership. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage challenging situations delicate. Ability to coach managers and positively influence others. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills, meticulousness, and autonomy. Ability to work in a growing or changing environment.
Job Specifics
This is a hybrid position, with two days of remote work; Occasional travel throughout the clinic network (Quebec City and Montreal area); 40 hours per week, permanent, daytime hours, with weekends off.
