Your mission

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the complete management of the organization's accounting operations. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Performing daily bookkeeping

• Managing accounts payable and receivable

• Preparing payroll, government remittances, T4s, and Relevé 1s

• Perform bank reconciliations

• Produce various accounting reports

• Participate in the preparation of the audit file

• Control and reconcile the inventory of concessions

• Contribute to any other task essential to the proper financial functioning of the organization

Your Profile

• DEC in Accounting or equivalent training

• Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience

• Proficient in Acomba, Excel, and Office 365

• Excellent command of French (spoken and written) and functional English

• Rigorous, discreet, and responsible

• Autonomous and excellent at prioritizing tasks
